Bright Beginnings' day program is limited to families living in emergency shelters, transitional housing or registered as "homeless" at Virginia Williams Family Resource Center at 25 M Street, SW.

To maintain compliance with the DC Department of Health and Human Services, Bright Beginnings requires that families enrolled in our programs use the above D.C. child health certificate to indicate current physical examination and immunizations.

To receive a non-traditional childcare voucher you must be working, enrolled in a job training program or attending evening classes.
